CDMP series of large-scale pulse long bag filter is a special high-efficiency long bag filter for power plant boiler, cement rotary kiln, steel coke oven, blast furnace and electric furnace, etc. It is successfully developed by our technicians with reference to the domestic and foreign advanced technology and according to the characteristics of the flue gas of electric power, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry and so on. It combines the characteristics of compartmentalised blowback and pulse cleaning, overcomes the shortcomings of ordinary compartmentalised blowback strength and general pulse cleaning dust re-attachment, and the extended filter bag gives full play to the role of compressed air cleaning. It is a kind of large-scale dust removal equipment with high dust removal efficiency, small footprint, stable operation, reliable performance and convenient maintenance.
◆Working Principle:
CDMP series long bag spraying and blowing large non-bag dust collector is operated by negative pressure, external filtering filtration form, the filter bag is fixed on the upper flower plate of dust collector through sealing elastic bag mouth, and the bag cage is installed inside the filter bag to support the filter bag. During normal operation, the airflow cut-off valve is in the open state, dusty gas enters the filtering chamber under negative pressure and wears the filtering bag, and enters the inside of the filtering bag after filtration, the clean gas enters the clean gas chamber through the outlet of the filtering bag, and the gas is discharged out of the machine through the airflow cut-off valve into the outgassing flue; the dust is retained on the outside surface of the filtering bag, and the surface of the filtering bag is partially deflated due to the supporting effect of the bag cage, and the dust on the outside surface of the filtering bag is retained on the outside surface of the bag for a long time. With the prolongation of filtration time, the thickness of dust on the outer surface of the filter bag increases, and the pressure difference between inside and outside of the filter bag increases gradually. When the pressure difference and the thickness of dust reaches a certain value, the pulse valve on the air bag will spray the compressed gas into the filter bag through the blowing pipe in sequence, and the filter bag will be transformed from deflated state to the deformed state of outer drum instantaneously, so that the dust on the surface of the filter bag will be cleared and fall into the dust hopper, and then the dust will be discharged out of the machine through the dust discharge device.
